Summary for Court Hearing August 4, 2026 Case# 24JV30195 Items addressed: T.P.R. (Termination of Parental Rights) Filed by: City attorney, G.A.L.
L.R.E. (Lack of Reasonable Efforts) Filed by Father and Attorney.
Questions Raised by Today’s Hearing —
Justin Kirscht (August 4, 2026):
1. Why has no one from Brumley / Griffith Center contacted the father or his attorney, despite a court order for reintegration therapy?
2. Why does Brumley now say they will not perform reintegration services — when they previously offered them?
2b. Did Mother’s ex parte contact with Brumley directly influence that decision?
2c. Who at Brumley spoke with Mother, when, and what was communicated?
3. Was Father’s side of the therapy — the court-ordered reintegration between Justin and Lyriq — effectively killed by Mother’s unilateral contact with the provider before Father ever had a chance to be heard?
4. How is a court-ordered therapy provider permitted to make a unilateral decision to withdraw services based solely on one party’s account, without ever contacting the other party?
These are ALL OBVIOUS QUESTIONS staring back at the court, like a Mirror, in THEIR OWN WORDS.
Those are 4 questions father has after today's hearing.
--- T.P.R. vs. L.R.E. ---
(Termination of Parental Rights vs. Lack of Reasonable Efforts by DHS towards Re-Integration)
Father has kept all receipts from all conversations from all parties involved. For a long time now. Pretty much since Lyriq has been born. 7 years.
*See hearing from August 5, 2025 G.A.L. notes about #PA and so does the judge. Judge also mentions virtual calls to start , viva voca orders, pending approval from therapist.
