Below is an email that was sent to all of the case workers, the city attorney and anyone else working on this case, and well, Just me.
To: The Following is a LIST of names and Titles currently in the case that this email was sent to.

Hello Everyone,
If there is going to be a new therapist, we need to get the visits going as soon as possible. I have spoken with Lyriq’s individual therapist yesterday. I believe that Lyriq should be participating in family time with her father consistently and on a regular basis. We should also be working toward expansion of time.
I do not have all the evidence about what may have occurred with Daniel Aragon. I am not convinced that Mr. Aragon acted in an inappropriate way during Lyriq’s family time. Elysia, please send me a copy of the video Charms took. We were never told of any bruising until well after the fact. This event occurred two weeks ago. Until this week, I had understood it to be a necessary intervention where Mr. Aragon grabbed Lyriq to keep her from traffic. Two days ago, Ms. Guerrero began texting that bruises were left. Additionally, I worry that this is a manipulation to prevent family time from occurring. Mr. Kirscht and Mr. Aragon were just developing a relationship. However, now Lyriq is convinced that Daniel is not safe.
To that end, I’m asking that family time with the new worker begin immediately. It will take place in a facility. Any time missed will be made up. I’d like to have a staffing in a month to discuss expansion of Mr. Kirscht’s family time.
Elysia, I expect Ms. Guerrero not to discuss the family time with Lyriq or this case. The afternoon after court (yesterday), my clinical consultant and the caseworker visited Lyriq. Unlike other visits, Lyriq was very withdrawn and clingy to her mom. Where she normally enjoys “playing” with Sarah and Christina, she would not make eye contact. She refused to speak to the professionals. Last month, Lyriq liked Daniel. Now, Lyriq refuses to do family time. This is a huge concern.
Also, can we agree that we will not be surreptitiously recording one another? When I go to home visits, I do not record parents or even take pictures without asking. I’m asking that Ms. Guerrero alert the professionals if she intends to record us (including family time workers and CASA).
Let's Break this down now.
The G.A.L. (Guardian Ad Litem) in this case and all of the previous therapist for Lyriq all agree Lyriq should have her father in her life and my time with her should be EXPANDED
I was actually on the call with Mr. Aragon when he had to leave the screen to chase Lyriq and prevent her from running away possibly into traffic.
Bruising? from simply being grabbed? Lyriq could use a boost in a healthy diet. Sounds like an iron deficiency to me. Lyriq and my diet is very controlled and healthy
Doesn't this narrative sound familiar? Can you see the pattern now? (frivilous allegations from Charms)
BINGO. The G.A.L. now see's the blatantly obvious manipulation patterns being displayed

Who convinced Lyriq that Daniel Aragon is not safe? Wasn't me.
Lyriq not being able to make eye contact and acting needy and clingy to mom is a step backwards in her development. Her older four siblings on my side will testify to this.
It was mentioned for Ms Guerrero NOT to discuss family time with Lyriq, but clearly Ms. Guerrero has instilled a tremendous amount of fear into Lyriq towards her father, with absolutely NO corroborating evidence to support it other than the mother's own insecurities and jealousy. Nine previous cases lost by Ms Guerrero and her family set a clear intent with the played out history of these cases.
Last month Lyriq liked Daniel, This month she don't? I AGREE with Ms. Simpson. This is A VERY HUGE CONCERN.

Ms. Simpson clearly has THE MOST education on this case and then next it will be all the therapists. 6 of them, and THEY ALL AGREE, LYRIQ's & FATHERS PARENTING TIME SHOULD BE EXPANDED!
